蒸芝麻蛋糕 steam sesame cake

今天很想吃點蛋糕, 但又不想做得太夜, 記得在貓網看到有人蒸蛋糕看來很易. 我想吃芝麻味, 在船上想了想甚樣改才好味呢? 啊,可以用芝麻糊粉加入去嘛, 就這樣吧. 如是我改了原先的份量, 這是改後的:

200g self-rasing flour
1 bag (50g) instant black sesame soup 
2 eggs
50g sugar
220ml skim milk
4 tbsp oil

混合水料加粉料, 中火蒸13分鐘.

note from rice:
我整了17個 mini muffins
50g sugar 有些谈, 但還可以

thanks for the recipe. i have just tried making them. they turned out perfect!

just wondering how come this recipe doesn't need baking powder?

because it's use the salf-raising flour ^^ so no need baking powder.
