將會在聖誕節放長假, 還有一天的年假要放, 於是選了今天, 約了亞兒一起去練習. 很喜歡在工作天放假練習, 成個山頭沒有人來人往很靜, 我覺得這才是郊外嘛. 兩人練習有一個好處, 可以快點完成回家. 答應了亞旺在家煮飯仔, 想做樣他沒吃過的… Quiche 吧.
想當年上學時有時候也有做過給媽媽吃, 但也有十年沒做過了. 前天找書翻了翻也到過all recipes 看過, 大概知道怎樣做了. 這個份量是跟我的口味作的, 希望你喜歡.

材料:
< Shortcrust pastry >
100g plan flour
pinch of salt
30g butter
1/2 egg
1 1/2 tsp water
1 .in a large bowl, sift together the flour and salt, rub the butter into the flour.
2. combine egg and water, mix well and knead until just smooth.
3. wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for 20 mins before using.
Prepare a quiche tin, roll out the pastry of thickness of 3mm and line the tin (8 inch). Bake for 25 mins/ 180C until firm.
< Filling >
300g spinach, chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 egg, large
30ml milk
100g cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp salt
1. place spinach in saucepan, cook over med hat until soft. Drain off any remaining liquid. Stir in onion, egg, cheese, milk. Pour mixture into prepare tin.
2. put into 165C oven for 1 hours or until eggs are set.
