Raisins Scone

Today, we went to discovery bay to swim. But nothing to eat when we backed. So we made an easy, simple, tasty, and low fat afternoon tea~



Serve with butter and jam...... excellent!!!



385g self-raising flour
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
30g butter
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
100g raisins
